We're sorry, Office Click-to-Run installer encountered a problem because you have these Windows Installer Based Office Programs installed on your computer: They are able to download the Skype for Business 2016 stand alone installer from the Office 365 portal, but it errors out when trying to install with this error: They then later acquired Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise E1 licenses, which includes Skype for Business, but not the Microsoft Office suite (only Office Online). My customer had purchased Microsoft Office Standard 2016 originally, which does not include Skype for Business.
